The actress lives with her family in Beverly Hills, California with Samantha and Olivia. The couple was married only eight years and had been divorced for twenty years. Ann Turkel is still struggling to deal with her divorce from husband, Richard Harris. Turkel is a Jewish girl born within Manhattan and born to a middle-class Jewish family, had already studied under Sanford Meisner and Philip Burton when she was just 16 years old. It was in Stockbridge, Massachusetts she also did a summer season at the Berkshire Playhouse performing plays like The Pajama Game and West Side Story. Ann's show together with her group at a fashion event was the first time Gloria Schiff, editor of Vogue Magazine, discovered Ann. Diana Vreeland, the editor in chief of Vogue Magazine, requested that Ann photograph her first Vogue magazine cover in just a few days. Ann went on to become one of the most well-known models in America, appearing as a cover-model for the most prestigious magazines, such as Vogue Bazaar or Cosmopolitan. Ann has been a model who was successful for cosmetics companies like Max Factor Revlon, Chanel and Europe in Europe following two years.
