Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a sponsored Athlete. Following her decision to quit gymnastics She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. Then she received her Pro Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model as well as a sponsored athlete. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. She earned her Professional Card within a year when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel was able to take a break of six years from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her studies at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her debut show she competed for a long time and establishing higher goals each year. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) after she took home at the 2010 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show was a success and she finished third. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage a month later, and returned with a sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations going in, was delighted with her result. Ariel was competing against the top athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve each year. Ariel loves working out her lower back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs with a single arm with a pull-up device and the seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the working sets. Ariel is extremely efficient in her work. She does this by super setting all of the back exercises she does, doing three or four supersets of 10-12 reps. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week one day being lightweight day, and another heavy weight day.
